The REST API, MCP server, and other programmatic endpoints of the Service are accessed through authenticated API requests and do not rely on cookies for authentication or state. Cookies and similar technologies described in this Cookie Notice are used principally in connection with the Console and related web interfaces.

They help us understand how users interact with the Console and our communications, such as whether an email is opened or a link is clicked, and are used to operate and improve the Service.

We may also use other comparable technologies, such as local storage technologies, analytics identifiers, or similar technical tools, for purposes similar to those described above.
When we refer to cookies in this Cookie Notice, we also include these similar technologies, unless the context indicates otherwise.
3. Purpose of Use
We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
A. Operation of the Console
To enable core functionality of the Console, ensure its proper operation, maintain authenticated user sessions, support multi-factor authentication, store workspace selection, and support essential features such as the API key and connection management pages.
B. Analytics and statistics
To collect aggregated and statistical information about how the Console and related documentation are accessed and used, which helps us understand usage patterns and monitor performance.
C. Service improvement
To identify technical issues, optimise functionality, and improve the reliability and user experience of the Console and the wider Service.
D. Email communications
Where applicable, to support the operation and effectiveness of email communications (such as operational alerts, webhook failure notifications, billing notifications, and product updates), including understanding whether messages are delivered, opened, or interacted with.
4. Third-Party Technologies
Certain cookies and similar technologies used in connection with the Console may be set by third-party service providers that support the operation of the Service, such as infrastructure, analytics, communication, error-monitoring, and security providers.
These third parties may process information collected through their technologies in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws. PHARLO does not control and is not responsible for the data processing practices of such third parties beyond the scope of the services they provide to us.
Third-party technologies used in connection with the Console are not intended to be used for purposes unrelated to the operation, functionality, or improvement of the Service.

Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies, or to be notified when cookies are being placed on your device. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality or availability of parts of the Console, including the ability to remain signed in or to complete OAuth authorization flows for third-party platform connections.
Pixel tags used in email communications can typically be blocked by adjusting the settings of your email client, for example by disabling the automatic display of external images or viewing emails in plain text format.
If you choose to restrict or disable non-essential cookies or similar technologies, you may experience some inconvenience when using the Console, such as having to re-enter preferences or log in again.
The REST API and MCP server are accessed using API keys and OAuth access tokens rather than cookies, and are unaffected by your browser cookie preferences.
